First revenue is blocked on 4 actions below — all yours, ~32 minutes total. Complete them in order.
1. Decide which speakers are in the suppression list
~2 min
The system will never contact speakers on this list. Right now there are 14 confirmed speakers with no verified email on record.
Why it matters: if we go live without the full list, the system could accidentally email a speaker — damaging a relationship you built personally.
What to do: Tell CC the authoritative list of all confirmed speakers who should never receive automated outreach. CC adds them to the suppression list and confirms the count.
Done when: CC confirms all speaker emails are in the suppression table.
2. Decide how to verify checkout per pricing tier
~10 min
Verify checkout works at each price point: compliance diagnostic, sponsorship, and accelerator tiers.
Why it matters: the test card (4242 4242 4242 4242) only exercises Stripe test mode. The live payment rail is not proven until a real charge passes through. A broken checkout or wrong currency on launch day means lost revenue and a bad first impression.
Pick one path and tell CC which you chose:

Option A (safest): CC runs each checkout flow with test card 4242 4242 4242 4242. Confirms code path works. Accept the live payment rail is unproven until first real customer.

Option B (proves live rail): You make one real, low-value live charge at each tier and keep it (treat as your own purchase, do not refund). Cleanest way to prove the live rail works without the prohibited real-card-plus-refund pattern.

Skipping is also valid: launch and let the first real prospect prove the rail.
Done when: you tell CC which option you picked. CC executes Option A automatically, or confirms one live charge per tier appears in the Stripe dashboard for Option B.
3. Walk the qualification form and booking flow yourself
~20 min
Submit the qualification form on desktop and on mobile. Book a call on the Cal.com page. Check the auto-reply email arrives.
Why it matters: code tests pass but only you can catch usability problems — a form field that's confusing, a mobile layout that breaks, a booking page that goes to the wrong calendar.
What to do: Go to bettersocieties.world/qualify on desktop (incognito). Fill it out as a real prospect would. Then repeat on your phone. Then go to the booking page and book a slot. Check your email for the auto-reply.
Done when: you tell CC "walkthrough done" and confirm the auto-reply landed.
4. Authorize the live flip
~1 min
Write the authorization sentence that turns the outreach system on for real prospects.
Why it matters: the system is fully built and locked in test mode. Nothing reaches real prospects until you write this sentence.
What to do: Type the following sentence in this chat or in Slack channel #starfire:

"I authorize Better Societies to go live and begin contacting real prospects."
Done when: CC turns the outreach system live in the database and confirms the first batch is going out.
